Four Players Arsenal Could Sign In January

Arsenal spent £150 million in the summer transfer window,
acquiring Ben White, Sambi Lokonga, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Aaron Ramsdale, Martin
Odegaard and, Nuno Tavares.

The
move was a bid to strengthen last season’s frail squad that saw Arsenal finish
eighth in the Premier League.

Despite
heavy spending, Arsenal’s current season hasn’t been as glamourous. The Gunners
have found it hard to defeat top oppositions, putting their push for European
football next season in jeopardy.

The
North Londoners are also expected to be without Thomas Partey, Mohamed ElNeny and, Pierre Aubameyang, all of who will be on international duty in January.

With
that in mind, here are four players Arsenal could sign in January.

Four Players Arsenal Could Sign In January

Yves
Bissouma

The
highly-rated Brighton midfielder was a target for Arsenal in the summer before
they settled for Sambi Lokonga.

Bissouma
is known for his ball-playing ability, a box-to-box midfielder, excellent at
tracking back and he is already acclimatized to the Premier League.

Georginio Wijnuldum

Wijnuldum
left Liverpool for PSG in the summer on a free transfer and signed a
3-year-deal.

The Netherlands international has found it hard to break into the Parisian’s first
team, starting just 7 matches.

It
is being reported that the 31-year-old would fancy a move back to the Premier
League on loan.

Arsenal is in a prime position to secure his services until the end of the season.

Dejan Kulusevski

The
Swede has struggled to get enough game time since the return of Massimiliano
Allegri to Juventus.

The
21-year-old has a market value of £34 million according to Transfer markt.

Kulusevski
would comfortably fit into Arsenal’s right side of attack.

Dusan Vlahovic

With
the futures of Lacazette, Aubameyang and, Nketiah in doubt, Arsenal will be in
dire need of fresh attackers in the next two transfer windows.

Dusan
Vlahovic has emerged as a top target for Arsenal, with the Gunners ready to
splash £65 million for the highly-rated Fiorentina forward.

The
21 year old has scored 15 goals in 17 appearances for Fiorentina this season.
